To change invoice rows, access your information and select the tab Invoice rows.

To add a row manually, click on the +. To remove it, click on the trash.
Every time that an amount or tax code is set, all of the other amounts are recalculated based on that, including discount rates and tax.



Click on the blue arrow beside the name of the tab to access Group details.



If you use the application to automatically invoice multiple bookings in a grouped way, within the Group Details a row is generated for each booking and for each actual expense, while the invoice rows are created from those in the details, grouping them by tax code.
Any subsequent changes to the rows of the Group Details is reflected in the invoice rows.





Obviously it is also possible to manage the Group Details manually, not only when they are automatically generated by the application.
