When you arrive at the pickup site, access the booking details and click on Ready for pickup. This way, your operator can view your position and time.
Additionally, if you have configured integration with Twilio, an SMS is sent to the customer to alert them of your location.

Keep in mind that, for pickup and dropoff, the driver can also automatically send an email.
Set a valid email address and the Step tracking to Yes for a contact person of the business partner that you have chosen as the customer for this booking.
Now you just have to select that contact person in the booking.

When the customer presents for the pickup, click Pickup. If the customer does not show up, click No show.
Finally, at the time of dropoff, click the Dropoff button.

Each time you register your position and time in the booking, it is visible to your operator.
