Sengerio Mobile – Login
Access the Sengerio Mobile application at any time from your smartphone. Go to www.sengerio.com and click Log in in the top right to reach the login screen. First select the Language, in the top right. Enter your email and password in the corresponding fields. !(https://storage.crisp.c
Sengerio Mobile – View the route of a booking
To view the details of the route of a booking, access its details and scroll down to find the Route section. This section shows a row for each stage with its place and time. Click on any point to view the route directly on Google Maps.
Sengerio Mobile – Logout
To exit the application, click on the icon of the person in the top left of the Agenda and enter the profile. Click on the icon of the three squares in the top right and select Logout.
Sengerio Mobile – Assign or remove a driver

Sengerio Mobile – View the attachments of a booking
To view the attachments, access the details of a booking that interests you and scroll through the data until you find the Attachments section. If this section does not exist, it means that there are no attachments in that booking.
Sengerio Mobile – View the notes of a booking
To view the notes, access the details of the booking that interests you and scroll the data until you find the Internal office notes section. If this section doesn’t exist, it means that there are not notes to view in that booking.
Sengerio Mobile – Assign or remove a vehicle
To assign a vehicle, access the booking detail and click on the vehicle icon. In the selection screen click on the vehicle you want. Sengerio Mobile – Change the profile and the password
To modify the password or the username, click on the person icon in the top left of the Agenda, and enter in the profile. Below the Company name (which cannot be modified), click on Name and Surname to change them. Insert the new password in the field New Password and Repeat password.
